End-User License Agreement

THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR USE ONLY UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, COPY OR OTHERWISE USE THE SOFTWARE.

SOFTWARE TRIAL VERSION: Trial version has a time limit of 21 days on usage, but it has no feature limits and is fully functional for the trial period. After this period all resulting pans will appear in the black-and-white color. To purchase a full version of that product refer to Software purchasing section.

RE-DISTRIBUTION OF A SOFTWARE: THE PANORAMA COMPOSER UNREGISTERED TRIAL VERSION MAY BE FREELY DISTRIBUTED, PROVIDED THE DISTRIBUTION PACKAGE IS NOT MODIFIED. WITH EXCEPTIONS NOTED BELOW:

1. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without written permission of the copyright owner;
2. You may not remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the software;
3. While copying the software and transferring it to the third persons you shall transfer distribution package/installation files in original form without changing them in any ways.

SOFTWARE PURCHASING: To purchase software you must complete the registration form (https://panorama.firmtools.com/order/) and send it, with registration fee, to authorized registration service RegSoft or ShareIt. There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of registration.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by FirmTools Ltd Software Company. Installing and using Panorama Composer signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

LICENSE GRANT: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, FirmTools Ltd. grants Registered User a non-exclusive and non-transferable license only to:

(a) install and use only for personal purposes one copy of the Album Creator on a single computer or(and) a personal laptop;
(b) unlimitedly re-distribute Panorama Composer TRIAL version with exceptions noted below:

RESTRICTIONS: Except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement, Registered User may not:
(a) reproduce or copy the registered version of Panorama Composer;
(b) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Panorama Composer;
(c) redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise transfer rights to the Panorama Composer;
(d) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Panorama Composer.

A single license for the Software does not allow you to share the registered Software or use it on different computer(s).

TERMINATION: Without prejudice to any other rights, FirmTools Ltd. Software Company may terminate this Agreement if Registered User breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, Registered User shall destroy all copies of the Software.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS: THE PANORAMA COMPOSER IS DISTRIBUTED AS COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE PRODUCT WITH ONLINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
